Research
In his research Yahya investigates Machine Learning approaches and nonlinear dimensionality-reduction algorithms to study the electronic and nuclear quantum dynamics of molecules. The developed paradigms will be applied to simulations of the hydrogen-bond dynamics in molecular complexes with water. His research project is algorithmically and computationally oriented and resides at the intersection of molecular physics, mathematics and data science.
